Í have examinrt the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

An Ordinance to relieve the Governor-in-Council

of certain duties

and I am of opinion that the Grdinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's

Instructions,

This Ordinance relieves the Governor-in-Council of certain

duties imposed by Ordinance.

It is substituted for Ordinance No. 29 of 1909 with respect to

which His Majesty exercised his power of disallowance.

The Bill was submitted to the Secretary of State and was approved

in his despatch No. 128 of 12th May, 1910.
